Nice Experience. Smooth and easy process. Fast Installation

My TV was defective so it was replaced reinstalled and reprogrammed it for me. :) Great job guys

Geek Squad staff are very professional and knowledgeable. The at home service is so convenient and cost effective.

I had an older surround sound system that I used with the TV I was replacing, I wasn't sure if it would work with my new 86 inch LG NanoCell. Russell identified that my 27 year old Nakamichi AV-10 Receiver had a optical input that would connect to the new LG, I purchased an optical cable and I was able to experience that same theater type sound but this time with a a 4k Smart TV. The Geek Squad team is awesome, an added value with any Bestbuy purchase.

The agents were knowledgeable, helpful and respectful of my home.

This is a second review due to having a different experience with another Geek Squad Technician. This technician which I believe his name was Ryan (I remember because it’s also my son and husbands name) was the BEST! He did an amazing job at uninstalling the defective tv and installing a brand new tv! He moved quickly and I was at ease with my purchase! Thanks to him he made this such a better experience!

The two men that came to my house to install my TV were on time, kind, and courteous. They did an amazing job on the install.

They mounted the TV securely. However, the exact place on the wall was marked off for them and I duscussed with them about centering it on the wall. Despite the discussion and tape markings on the wall, they still had it off centered. They gave an excuse about the wall studs, but the bracket had screw holes that were designed to be able to shift.

I was very happy with how quickly and impressively they mounted the TV! So so grateful for their hard work.

The Geek Sqad installed my 55" Samsung Frame TV. They were fast, courteous, and showed me how to get to the 'art' function. The TV is great and I'd have the Geek Squad install anything else I buy. It's well worth the price.
