Best Buy Geek Squad did a great job, they worked fast and explained everything perfectly

We have benefited from the Geek Squad on several occasions and every time they’ve come through in a timely fashion. Each time I/we were excited and eager for their help. And each time it was better than we hoped and more all inclusive. Each tech eagerly shared their knowledge and got us up to speed quickly.

The Geeksquad representatives did an excellent job installing 2 Samsung 65” and related Sonos surround sound systems. They represented themselves & Best Buy at a high level. Very qualified & knowledgeable. Effective & efficient.

Very courteous and professional. They recommended a less expensive mount. They minimized my cord clutter. Was a bit expensive but in the end it was worth it.

This install had problems. Third party installer dropped the ball. Geek squad solved the problem, came out and did an excellent job on the install. The TV locked up during setup and would not reboot. What did Geek Squad do? Found that a new TV was in stock at the store so they finished the rest of their scheduled installs, picked up the TV and returned after normal quitting time to get us up and running. Can't ask for better service than that. Thanks guys, your the best!

Mounting the TV to the wall was done with ease by the professionals of the Geek Squad. They did great!

The technician arrived on time and got our TV set up on the wall mount very quickly. Also he got us hooked up on our WiFi/internet and helped us learn how to use our new TV. We are in our late 60’s so we would have had issues doing this ourselves.

Very pleased with installation though need for repeat visit. Installers being proactive in solving problems we are having with the tv!

The geek squad mounted our tv so quickly and we love it.

They mounted it and connected components. It took 2 months to get everything working and I think that is unreasonable. The geeks know what they are doing and worked hard to get everything working. One thing has ruined the job hfor me. The cables in back of the TV are a mess, some cables still have the blue tape on them. It is an eyesore and it will be difficult for me to fix.

I actually purchased a more expensive mouth full motion thinking it would be better but due to the weight of the tv I had the get the lighter mount but I love this mount its great and geek squad had it in the van so double win for me
