The agents did a great job mounting my new tv. The problem is they charged me 49.95 to hook up my dvd player which was already hooked up all they had to do was plug it in. Then they charged me 49.95 to hook up my surround sound which was already hooked up all they had to do was plug it in. So beware ask before you let them hook up any extras. I spent 90 minutes trying to resolve this issue most of the employees I talked with had no clue what I was talking about finally Lisa I think was the 5th person I talked to got it resolved. Thank you Lisa you should be a manager you have common sense and truly care about your customers.

JJ and her colleague did an excellent job mounting a Samsung frame tv. I had ordered a wall box to mount the control box of the frame tv but it was too big for the space behind the tv. JJ came back after a week to make sure that the control box was properly installed after I ordered a smaller box.

The agents mounted both televisions. They even assisted me when I fell outside and "kissed the concrete" with my teeth. Calm under pressure! Appreciated them returning to hand the TV in the living room. So professional and the more veteran tech, was really collaborative with the more recently hired worker. Appreciated professionalism and the work completed. So glad I paid for the technical assistance.

The Best Buy techs who installed two TVs were above and beyond great. Chris from our local store is very seasoned. They kept our home clean, and handled any obstacles successfully (like wide stud placement and an in-wall HDMI cable that was stapled to the studs with no movement). They were positive and knew their stuff. The TVs are lined up properly and the techs even explained how to use them and messed with the settings for best picture quality. I would highly recommend this service!
