The Techs did an outstanding job of connecting & mounting large TV & support stand. They were very precise, efficient, knowledgeable, worked well together. Explained how to use special features. Very neat, cleaned up all packings & put the old TV in my car. Very careful not to track dirt into house & careful not to damage anything. Both were a pleasure to have worked with!!!!!

Yes, good protection and service overall. I know little about computers and printers, appliances but manage to keep mine alive with stuff like this and best buy. The agents they send are always 100% sharp and knowledgable. worth every dollar. NO STREsS. Hire a professional. I live in a hard to reach place in the city. Apple products are hard to find a tech for. This does the job.

Excellent TV mount but difficult to install. Best Buy installer was very challenged and had to return a second day to complete installation so make certain you have an experienced installer. Being able to lift and lower TV makes a huge difference in the room aesthetics and TV enjoyment. A bit expensive mount but very happy I purchased it.

I use this to angle the television towards are dining room, but you can use it to gain access to the ports in the back of the system. I had an 85' TV on it and it held it up without a problem.
