They mounted my TV but said I couldn’t use the mount I had and required me to purchase a very expensive one from them.

Russell and helper did a fine professional job mounting and Installing my 85 inch Sony. Connected all components

mounting of Mounting bracket was done excellent except we are not happy the wires were not snaked through the wall. Wires are in view. Geek Squad installed other tv in different rooms in the past and hid the wires. That was a excellent Job. I believe they should come back and fix it. I am a total Tech customer.

Had GeekSquad come and take my tv down and remount it in a different location in my house. It is a 85” TV. Whoever did the install (I was not here, my wife was) either missed the stud, or over tightened the bolts. My drywall wall started to cave in. I contacted bestbuy and the soonest they would come and take the TV down was 3 weeks later and by then the TV would have likely hit the floor. I asked if there was anything sooner as I’ve had children in my house as well as pets. The answer was no. I then had to contact someone else to help get the TV down. We started the insurance claim and was told I would hear from them within 72 hours. No phone call, no email, nothing. I then reached back out to them stated they let them know and to look for an email, and the email never came. I was then told that I would need to front the bill to have the wall fixed and then send the bill to their insurance. Again, I find that unacceptable as I should not be responsible for their mistake.here I am almost 5 weeks later and still no communication.

The installers were very professional & navigated all the controls on remote for me.

Professional as always. They worked around my toddler and infant very well. Made sure we fully understood the functions of the mount.

The installation was quick efficient, and complete. Even showed me how to install all my apps and connect to wifi

They're ok I had surgery 3 months ago but if You can probably do it yourself and save some money

Guys were quick competent & on time. Kept m updated throughout the whole installation.
