I had the option of scheduled my TV mounts with a third party or the Geek Squad. I chose the Geek Squad and I am very glad I did. they were both very professional and knowledgeable. I had no idea how high or low the TVs should be mounted and they measured everything, had me sit in front, and gave great recommendations before securing them. I would highly recommend them for your instillation.

Our geek squad technicians went above and beyond during out TV mounting installation. We had out TV installed above a fireplace on a wood 2 by 4 surrounded by a brick veneer. We let them know that the area for mounting wasn't very big, and they brought out a few mounting brackets to use.

Got my new Sony OLED and needed it mounted to the wall. Thought I might try it myself but soon realized I needed professional help. So who you gonna call ? Geek Squad! These guys are truly professionals. They came and got right down to business. Prompt, courteous and excellent workmanship at a reasonable price. They then proceeded to get everything programmed and running so smoothly. I was truly impressed. I will continue to use them when the need arises and would recomend them to anyone. Thanks guys!

The agents (Mitch and Rico) were very proficient. They installed my tv and attached all the other components I had. They made sure to test everything to make sure it was all in order. They were exceptional in explaining the functions and did a great job of cleaning everything up.

They were super sweet and did exactly what they were suppose to do. Had some trouble later on but a quick phone call was all.

I needed my 36" tv mounted on to the wall. The Best Buy person did a good job and was very friendly. However, he wasn't able to program the tv because the remote had batteries that sat in it for 2 years and the batteries were bad. So, unfortunately I paid for this service but didn't get it done for me. My fault, but very frustrating!

The set up team was what really made the deal. The team was so fast, so responsible, so thoughtful and helped make sure everything was set up properly. I was truly impressed. I will continue to work with Best Buy and I have continued to have great experience
