I mounted my TV with ease and in a short time. It is a true value.

The agents mounted my TV evenly and level, but since I have had tech support it has been a lot of miscommunication as to what the program offers. I was told initially that they would hide the cords, I discovered that that was an additional fee, which was fine but I wish I would have know before hand. I may have been a lot better without tech support. The Geek Squad however did come on yime, called before, and were very informative.

Installer arrived early and the installation when without a glitch! Very pleased with installation, clean up and instructions!

Quick and easy way to get tv's mounted by using the best buy installers. Clean install and looks great!

The agents were very kind and quickly swapped out my TVs and installed them. My only issue was when they reconnected everything, they could not get some of the functions to work properly and could not return all my settings to what they were previously. I had to factory restart several of my devices and log back in to several applications. It was very time consuming.

Mount isnt completely leveled, but decent enough. Issue is the mount used is great, but the installer didnt tighten the bolts enough causing it to tilt to the left, and i have to adjust pretty often. Good news is they are coming out Thursday to replace TV with a bigger size, so hopefully i have a better experience
