I am very pleased with my premium tv mounting. My geek squad member experience with great!

The installation team (husband and wife) were highly personable, knowledgeable, and efficient.

they hung the new TV with no issues, and helped move the old one. Showed us all the perks and set everything else.

The installation team showed up on-time and took great care to make the installation look great. The installers were detailed, took great care with the TV during the process, and cleaned up after themselves, including sweeping up any dust from the installation process. Cannot recommend this service enough if you are not overly comfortable completing the installation yourself, or just want to sit back and relax as the Geek Squad takes care of the installation for you. Recommend!

If customer service was this good with all my appliances I would have no troubles at all with buying with confidence. The Geek Squad is the best and the only fault I have with Best Buy is in the store. In the store they only have one antiquated wheelchair for the handicapped. No riders...shame on you Best Buy. I'm not sure with your size and sales volume if you are violating the ADA law. You need to check and be sure.

The technician was thorough and exceptionally professional. He assessed the area where the tv would be mounted and displayed. He measured the size and centered it to the best of the space's availability. He walked through the entire process and took all of the debris, and went to his next job.
