    I purchased a new TV for my uncle For Christmas2020 and almost forgot that I had one a warranty on it geek squad was amazing when they came out and I will continue to pay for the new geek squad service because they do do a great job amazing work

    Being a geek squad member for many years...i've used the service for fixing computer problems and upgrades. Having purchased a television from BestBuy ... the Geek Squad installed my new TV Free under the agreement. They were most professional installing my new TV. Highly recommend them.

    The reps installed my TV quickly and hooked up some components, but I missed on making sure everything was to be hooked up and working - an additional service I believe I needed to specify. Some components were noted as old so would need to replace for such items to be connected and to work properly. Reps were friendly as well as working quickly.
