This is my first time using Geek Squad. Guys showed up on time, did a great job mounting TV and went an extra mile replacing mounting hardware with a better ones for the same price!

The guys where great. Very professional a d did vety good work. Answered any questions we might have.

The agents mounted my TV. They were very nice and respectful. I also don’t have to worry about it falling off the wall or missing a stud if I would have done it myself. I would die if I ruined my expensive TV. The peace of mine is worth every penny!

Two awesome young members of the Geek Squad arrived early. They did a great job of getting everything setup, and taken away. They are the reason we would say this is worth having the annual membership Perfect installation. Please than them for us.

There was a slight mix up on the website and the rep said he was double booked. He checked to make sure my time slot was correct and moved around the whole schedule so he could install my TV. Sometimes the best customer service isn't about the actual work performed - he made what could have been a frustrating situation into one that was professional and easy!

These guys were fantastic! Explained different mounting options, were timely and did a great job overall. Highly recommend!

Both guys were very friendly and thoughtful. Did the job quickly and very efficiently. Would highly recommend them The only odd thing was l selected the 7:00am window to 1:00 pm and was told on by the installer that he didn’t even start until 9:00 As it was they didn’t start until 12:45 just fifteen minutes before the window expired Why does Best Buy offer a 7:00am window when they don’t have the staff start until 9:00am

They were on time, called before to make sure we were there, set everything up and have no issues. Perfect.
