The young man who came to setup was pleasant and helpful. Showed us how to use the remote and set up our sound bar. Made sure he took the box and packing material with him.

Alex and Bobby did an excellent job by relocating my existing 85” TV to a higher position on my wall. They were both very courteous and friendly. They also installed another TV in a bedroom and took the time to go over all the features. Both Alex and Bobby went above the call of duty, keep up the excellent job.

The agents were efficient and mounted everything correctly the TV, soundbar holder, blue ray player, and power surge protector. Once finished with installation he (Juan and another person) helped me set-up access to all the APPS and TV settings. These guys are very professional.

After 2 months of rescheduling the installation appointment, finally the scheduler understood that I wanted Geek Squad to install my TV PROPERLY. Contracted company that first delivered TV did sloppy install job. Satisfied now, as a Best Buy customer since 1990 I know Geek Squad's work. Was disappointed I was not informed that a contracted company was initially hired for the delivery.

The team offered the best delivery and install service! They were on time, professional and thorough. They took time to make sure I understood how to use the system we bought. I had many questions and they were patient and clear with information. We’re very happy with the purchase and the tech team.

When there was a problem with my order and the wrong item was installed, a second team came out and replaced it with the correct item. Free of charge and no hassles or extra paperwork.
