Still Waiting

He left stating he had a busy schedule and I need to make another appointment for that. Manager called me back approximately a month later and said he wanted to make it right. I was out of town at the time. I called back and texted back after my trip and never got any response.

Complex multi install done beautifully

The Geek Squad arrived with some items that were purchased in the store that were not compatible mounts for my new televisions and I thought for sure I would have to reschedule the install. But not the case! They drove to the store during a power outage and picked up the right items and completed the install. Very impressed.
