I was pleased with how the technician walked me through the features of our new TV. The menu bar has everything at your fingertips. The voice control is amazing and the number of streaming services and internet connections is amazing on my Samsung TV. We love the feature of the room matching ambience feature. Don't always have it on, but it's nice. Overall I give a 10 out of 10 rating for the product and service.

WE purchased a new construction home and the Geek Squad has already been out here 3 times. Tomorrow should be the final. We did a major job with them. They put up 3 tv's and whole new stereo system with built in speakers inside and outside which also works with our phono player, cassette deck and dvd changer. Awesome what the Sono speaker system can do. I would highly recommend both the consultant to the installation team. They are top notch!

The Geek Squad team arrived on time wearing the CDC suggested PPD. They were courteous and quickly removed and installed the new 65" Sony 4K TV. After verifying functionality, they showed me the functionality of the Sony remote control. They cleaned up the area around the new TV and removed the all of its packaging, along with the old set. I couldn't have asked for more.

I have already completed a review soon after installation. With dealing with Covid I realize stress was a prevailing factor, but even after rescheduling, I kept getting calls telling me to reschedule. Again, after delivery and installation, I continued getting calls to reschedule. I felt like your left hand didn’t know what the right hand was doing. Evidently, your business lacks communication. I am happy with my purchase.
