    The first time they came out, we had problems. The LG G2 77" was crooked and they scratched the walls. The second time, a different team came out and fixed it. They even painted the walls and had some leftover paint and used it for around the house to use it up in the pan. The second group did an amazing job.

    This is the way to go! They are very professional and also set up the tv how I wanted it with my subscription services and showed us how to operate. They cleaned up everything and removed the trash.

    Geek squad was excellent, The rest of Best Buy was the single worst customer experience of my life. took a month to get, 4 times it was pushed back. Nobody could give me an answer, and now after all of that, no one is getting back to me on the refund and the broken remote.
