Tech came installed 55 inch tv on my complicated wall found a nice secure spot and showed me a few things about my tv mount

My TV was mounted on the bedroom wall, and it looks great.

The agent installed the TV bracket and affixed the cables so that they are not visible.

We are very happy with the TV mounting service - excellent work by the Best Buy Geek Squad! The two employees showed up at our house on time, they were very friendly, and they answered any questions we had. We only needed basic TV mounting, since we previously had a TV hung up in the same location on our wall (the necessary wires were already hidden in the wall). The Geek Squad had our new 55" Samsung TV on the wall in less than 30 minutes. It looks amazing! Great work - thank you again!

TV's are getting so technical now days this was a great decision. They delivered my TV and took over in a good way. Installed my corner wall mount and mounted my 65" Samsung TV. The remote controls were set up for my cable system, The gentleman answered all of our questions about how our new smart TV operated ,then they cleaned up and took the huge box with them. They were great. I definitely will do this when I buy my next TV.

Geek squad had to come to the house twice for mounting after finding that the mount I purchased wouldn’t line up with my widely spaced studs. First appointment was great, they called two days ahead to give me a shorter, more realistic time window. The second appointment I got an email with a 4 hour window with a robo call around 8:30pm the night before and then no call until they were 15 mins away the day of. Not super happy with that one, but the first crew was great, so 4 stars.

The Geek Squad technicians from Gilroy (Eddie and Jamie) did an outstanding job of mounting and configuring both our bedroom TV and Sonos soundbar as well as making recommendations to our network that increased throughput by about 12 times its previous speed. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. We're very pleased with the results.

The installer provided me with a better wall mount option and the service appointment went very well. Nice Job!
