Agents were knowledgeable and new what they were there to do. There was however, a considerable amount of confusion before they actually got there. One group of people came (not Best Buy employees but some service ground that Best Buy had outsourced to) that arrived and promptly said that they couldn't do what had to be done (i.e. take down one TV and mount the new one in the same spot!)

I cannot say enough good things about this TV its easy to operate the colors are contrast are deep the sound is amazing the and you can stream all your programming on it.. I love it so much I am changing my Sony for a Samsung 60 in my living room for the holidays....

I had 2 TVs mounted with one needing the power extension in wall. The guys left no mess, hooked it all up and explained how to use the tv mount. Only took about an hour to mount it all and they were gone! They wore masks the whole time out of respect of COVID19. They also wore booties on their shoes to prevent staining and damage from dirty shoes. Will for sure have them come out again to mount TVs in the future.

The team who set up our TV over our fireplace were courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable. The lead person went out of his way to explain the set up and then show us additional things we can do with our Alexa to control the TV and sound bar. They took great care with our newly finished floors, and removed all of the trash when they were done. I really appreciated your willingness to go above and beyond.
