Good job. The instal was professional and timely. Would use them again.

There was not a need to move cable, due to Spectrum app app and not needing a box. It was a simple hang the mount and plug in. The price of $199 was excessive for this service. Once realized that this was all that was needed should have decreased the price to $100 at the most. Had I known this was all that was needed I would not have hired The Geek Squad. This was misrepresented when I bought the TV.

The service Techs were great, professional, courteous, knowledgeable and patient tutors when showing us senior citizens how to use the remote and she even gave us her personal cell # just in case we found ourselves lost or confused. That was so very sweet of her.

The GS guys were great and, fortunately, had the correct size mount on the truck to replace the incorrect size recommended at the store. Much better than app service providers I’ve used recently. You definitely get what you pay for with this highly professional service.
