Geek Squad Superior!

Asked a couple of questions and got right to work. They took the time to explain to my husband how surround sound would work, the excellent choice of mount we purchased and were very professional. They practiced COVID19 protocol and even cleaned up the dust from drilling the holes! I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

GEEK SQUAD GOOD INSTALLATION BUT NOT HELP WHEN CAL
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The set up was good. .. our problem is the money we spent to have access to GEEK SQUAD had a terrible time getting an answer to what turned out to be a simple solution. Cut off... couldn't understand... no knowledge.... not available today when called local store??:? called about 6-7 times taking 2 1/2 hours to find out how to turn off TALk BACK... UGH MAY NEED TO ASK FOR A REFUND FOR THIS 'GEEK SQUAD'
