They did a good job hooking up my washer and dryer. And also the crew who mounted my TV, and hooked up my sound system.

The guys who showed up to install were very professional and courteous. After install they took the time to show me the features of the TV and how it works. My only issue was with the scheduling the first time the install was scheduled for was very poor. The first Geek Squad person was quite rude. But once escalated and the new people from Geek squad showed up they were excellent.

Your agent went above & beyond the call of customer service. I ended up having the wrong wall bracket and he not only showed what was needed, he came back later to install it.

Installation was great and the installer was very informative and helpful.

I’m so grateful that this service exists, my installers where fast very and knew the product details.

My tv was installed, turned on, and found it had a crack in it right out of the box. No issues getting them to arrange exchange since they were the only ones to handle it. No having to try and say it wasnt my fault cause i never touched it. Worth getting this service for sure.

This service was perfect. The technician came to my house and asked the questions necessary for mounting the TV where and how I wanted it. Then got to work and finished, what I considered a complex task, very quickly. It has been several months now since installation and I am as pleased now as when it was first mounted. I could not be more pleased.

As a Total Tech Rewards member my recent purchase of a new 55" Sony TV was delivered and installed for no fee. They also programmed everything (2 remotes, sound bar, etc.). I am not sure how I rate with Best Buy, but I felt very privileged that they sent their very best two Techs, Jeren and J.
