Tv was mounted with excellence and techs friendly.

The Geek Squad agent mounted my new 55" TV onto the mounting brackets of our TV stand and connected the cable box and Blu Ray player and sound system. There was one thing that he omitted completing when he synced the cable remote with the TV. I had to call for Tech support to take care of that, but otherwise everything was done quickly and well.

Geek squad the greatest they are up to date on the latest Electronics you think you’re saving without geek squad then you end up with agervation something goes wrong. You pay for what you get.

The installers were very friendly and considerate. That clearly was a 2 person job in getting that done. They had all the tools to accomplish the install which wasn’t that simple . Nice job !

The total protect team were awesome ! Friendly on time and helpful ! We had to switch the adress last minute and the customer service on the phone made it happen easily even tho I’m sure he had to do extra work with all of the details we needed to do along with it.
