mounting was great but had problems with set-up. Had to call set up person back cause tv went blank. He struggled with getting my tv back up and viewable. really didnt know exactly the right way. but it's viewable .. BUT.. the app page stays up with the tv also. I have to click on the DISH controler to get rid of the the app page. Have not even attemped to try using apps yet. Don't want to lose TV again. Can I get someone to help me ??

The associates were very professional and were quick to evaluate what was needed for mounting our TV and clean up after they were done.

Upgraded from a 9 year old 32 inch TV to a 65" smart TV. The size of the box alone was imposing to me. The two guys who did my install were seasoned pros and had the new set and sound bar mounted and programmed very quickly. When we hit a snag with slow internet connection, they coached me on what to tell the cable company. Then they gave me a quick 'how-to' lesson, and cleared out all the packaging materials. So happy I used Geek Squad.

Installer was great! However, not pleased with all of the additional cost for power cords, in wall power extension, cables, that were added on to the install cost.

TV was mounted quickly and they took my old TV away. Great service!
