    Just absolutely excellent service! This is the second TV wall mount I have had done by Best Buy and could not be happier! Terrance is first class and was very careful to ensure it is mounted at the height you prefer and takes great care with his assistant to ensure the TV is carefully mounted. He has done 2 installations for me and the service is 100% perfect! Thank you!

    He did a good job he was nice, but did not know how to program remote. If I paid $200 for this I would have been mad.
