We bought this and had the service scheduled for a couple days later. The man arrived on time, and respected that we were trying to avoid him due to fears about contagiousness. He was thorough, and he disclosed up front that if we had metal studs he would have to sell us a different mount due to safety concerns (the store SHOULD have told us this when we bought the tv and mount, but nonetheless).

The agent was very efficient in setting up my tv. He answered questions and made sure I understood the tv capabilities. Interfaced the new tv with all my devices and satellite service without any trouble. He was very professional.

The agent did a great job mounting the TV into concrete blocks in my basement. What impressed me most is how he checked to see the TV was working after installation and noticed the TV was not working properly. Because of his willingness to ensure everything was in working order, he was able to get a new TV brought out that day and saved me the trouble of dealing with customer service.

Price is out ragous but other than that great product

Outstanding job done by Jamal !! He had to return a second time after I picked up a part from Comcast . He even helped to set up the appointment. I would recommend the Geek Squad because of the outstanding work by Jamal !
