Mike from Geek Squad did an amazing job mounting the tv and hooking everything up. He was also very honest and let us know that the tv we bought was not brand new. It had previously been mounted so I had to option to get 10% off or a brand new tv. Mike did such a good job for geek squad I will be calling him again to set up another appointment to mount a few more tvs.

The one person who took this assignment had been to our home before. Due to that, he quickly sized up the way in which the mounting & connections would be done. He was easy to pose questions by giving great answers. T.S. is one of your great employees and a fine asset for your business!

I had read some reviews stating that people were unhappy with installations and I had my reservations. But since there were more good reviews than bad, I went for it. The guys who came over were great. They were on time and called prior to arriving. They were neat, clean and efficient. The tv installation took less than one hour and it was perfect. They knew exactly what they were doing. They even cleaned up after themselves. Great experience.

Geek squad came in and set up our new tv on the stand we already had and took away our old tv. Made sure everything worked and gave us a brief tutorial on the new tv. I was hoping they would do some calibration but the pic looks great as is.

Geek squad was GREAT. The mount for the tv was already on the wall - we just replaced the old tv. They did however set EVERYTHING up - internet, streaming, surround sound and showed me how to use the remote.
