Great job. Techs were very capable, polite, and efficient. They removed all packaging and made sure they observed COVID precautions. Set up was excellent and they walked me through all the TV features and options. An extremely positive experience and worth every penny of the service fee. Would use this option again and highly recommend the Geek squad.

The agent mounted my TV and told me I did not need a cable as I had Wi-Fi and a computer. He checked all of the outdoor cable connections to be sure they were in good working order. He showed me how to use the control and had me use it to turn the TV on and select a couple of stations to watch to be sure I understood.

This product works awesome and I have 3 TVs using this model.

TWO PERSONS GET THE TV ON WALL. NICE SERVICE THEY KNOW WHAT THEY DO. WHEN YOU HAVE THE BIG TV, THAT IS THE SERVICE YOU NEED.

The agents mounted my TV where I had already used a flatscreen power/cord kit. It was well worth the money since the TV was huge (82"), awkward to handle and fairly heavy. With two guys, it was MUCH more manageable than trying to do it myself. They mounted it, tested out the basic stuff and then I finished hooking up all the sound equipment and boxes. Very pleased.

Tech was in time super easy to talk to and have things explained to us. Epirus ask for him again
