Worth every penny to not have to do it myself. The agent was quick and asked me questions to make sure everything was installed where I wanted it. I had enough to do with just moving in to a new place, plus I had it installed in time to watch while I unpacked the rest of my stuff ;-) Don't let the name Geek fool you, besides knowing electronics, he also knew his way around power tools and wall mounting.

The two employees installing our TV were amazing. They were so skilled, so personable, and so responsive to our requests. Best Buy would be lucky to have all employees exhibit the same customer service as these two exhibited. They were professional, knowledgeable and fun. We hope to see them again when we make our next purchase.

Everything was perfect with my mounting except when they cut into my drywall. The mount placement is perfect, but when they installed the in-wall power extension, the faceplate does not sit well on the wall. It's loose. Not sure if they cut the hole too big or the screws are messed up on the faceplate, but it just doesn't screw into the wall. The faceplate sort of protrudes out, so I have to place it behind the wall mount in order for it to sit flush with the wall.

They did a good job mounting my tv. But nothing special. Not worth $140. You can find some cheaper to do this
