Generally happy with Geek squad service as they are able to take care of problems that may arise.

First of all, the communication with the installation team was great. They contact you right away to provide their direct contact info and then they send reminders via email and phone as you approach the actual installation date. On the day of installation, they were on time and got the job done in about 20 minutes. They did excellent work and my daughter was very pleased with her new mounted 4K TV. Great job guys.

Employees worked with head office regarding mounting using tools supplied by Wall Panel company and quickly adjusted to another method to meet both my expectations and Best Buy’s requirements for safe mounting.

Excellent customer service! The installation is perfect. I was working from home on a zoom call during the installation and the representative was kind enough to ask when a good time was to drill due to the call. He also paused the installation when I needed to unmute. Very kind and accommodating. & he still finished much sooner than originally expected.
