He explained all that he was doing. He told me what I needed to purchase to hide my cords. I purchased it and he took the time to cut and trim the covering over my cords to make my mounting have a neater look. Mario could serve me anytime if I lived in the area but I was having this done for my son who had just moved to the area. I purchased the TV as a gift to him.

There was an initial issue on the cost; however, they were very attentive as I explained the over a year process of correcting the installation error on the DVD players in the home. A phone was made and it was decided I was cover the cost of the material. They were very professional and the job was quality work.
