The agent Kenny was outstanding, I can't say enough good things about his professionalism, courtesy and work product. However the services listed on the site are very misleading. I find it very doubtful that anyone settles for the basic installation that is on the website. Best Buy should be more upfront with the different options that will likely be needed.

I have nothing but good things to say about the geek squad. They are the real deal!!! They were fast and very professional. They took the time to explain some pointers about the tv and ask me where I wanted it to be mounted. While they were there, Lowe’s had also showed up with a fridge and wanted to chat them up about their equipment, but they weren’t having it and focused on doong their job. Well done!

The Geek Squad guys were fantastic! We had just completed a home remodel project and they were very considerate of the new space and very helpful about mounting. They took the time to make sure it was the best possible location--could not have asked for better service!
