Our Geek person was very professional. Explain everything to me and show me how to use the remote.

They agent was great and knowledgeable about the task.

Austin was our technician, he called the morning of our appointment and gave us an approximate time he would be arriving and then called when he was on his way so this was very helpful. He was very knowledgeable and accommodating for where we wanted the TV's installed, he was neat and everything was done perfectly.

Zach the total tech that put on and set up our original LG 55" and then later exchanged it for our wonderful Vizio 65" did a super job with both. He also made it all very easy and did all the paperwork. I plan on giving his Manager a call and make sure they know how wonderful he represents the Geek Squad.

The two agents (A. Satrape and B. Davis) did an outstanding job of mounting the new TV (an LG 65" OLED) on the wall. They also provided me with excellent advice on the best way to connect the TV to my new Denon AVR.

My new tv was delivered and mounted perfectly. Delivery window was 1-8p, they arrived at 145p and installed the mount, the in-wall cable management system and 75” tv, cleaned up after themselves and hooked up my devices, all that in less than hour and half

The geek squad was excellent. They knowledgeable and pleasant. They made the installation seamlessly. I was very impressed by the they way they set both the television in the family room and in my son’s room. They sent up both television so you could not see any wires. They took the time to set up he television and told us all the features.

The guys that installed this knew what they were doing and they were fast!! Thank you for the perfect install!!!
