    Alexander was an excellent installer. He even made some valuable suggestions on placement (height) of the new Samsung TV. His suggestion was right-on and made the finished result look and work amazingly. I rate his overall knowledge, expertise, skill, and satisfaction of customer needs as EXCELLENT.

    The agent had called 2 days prior to the visit asking questions with covid related. Making sure everyone was good on their end as well. Then the day of to let us know when they will be in. They came with masks and they had gloves. They did it quick and efficient. They were very polite and let me know all that is about the mount and TV. I would definitely recommend!

    Our installation expert was on time, professional, and friendly. He explained how everything works, educated my guests while installing and did exactly as i asked making the frame and controller component completely unified as one unit. His cord management practices are better than expected.
