Your store reps did the install quickly and efficiently. They worked and made sure they cleaned up everything They expained the operation of the items I purchased very well.

The technician were good and professional but were not particularly careful with furnitures and rugs.

Geek Squad did a great job setting up and mounting multiple tv's in our home. Good group of guys, they were knowledgeable and had spare cables in van when needed. Took pride in their work and cleaned up after themselves. Good job guys. Weatherford TX team has it together!

The Squad guys mounted my new 82" QLED tv, connected all components that were there from my old tv, and got everything working perfectly. Josh & Robert did a great job placing the wall mount on the wall, hanging the tv on the mount, and making sure everything worked as before. The really know their stuff and are two great guys. They are an asset to Best Buy. Thanks for a job well done guys.

The tv I bought was having technical problems so with my Total Tech the replaced it, the only thing I was concerned about was the 3rd party company they use. I had just assumed the warranty was a Best Buy one, no isssues but I think the BB guys were more knowledgeable than the 3rd party outfit

Awesome Mount! Love this thing - had Best Buy install it for me. Last mount I had on this 75 inch Samsung didn't pull out, swing and was tight to the wall so I couldn't connect anything to the TV once it was mounted. The new mount is just perfect and was so nicely installed by the Best Buy folks!
