    The dual agents teamed up and then split up to install and connect both TV's in a most efficient manner. They were available to answer questions and discuss options. They even helped with an unrelated computer problem that I was having.

    The associate reviewed how to use the remote since this was a change from my previous one . I do wish there was a user manual enclosed for the T.V. I have tried to get one from Best Buy and also Samsung , however no luck . I would like the manual for the TV . I feel that for purchasing it at close to one thousand dollars , a manual should be included.
