Agents were polite, friendly, patient with questions, set tv up and attached it to my other devices, made sure everything was working before they left, patiently and politely answered all my questions, stupid or not picked up and hauled away all packing materials.

Two young men came to mount/install a 65' TV and sound bar. They were extremely knowledgeable - we really appreciated their patience while conducting a "mini training session" on the new tv and sound bar. I would definitely use them again - it was well worth the money!

The technician, Sean, showed up promptly on time and was very courteous. Luckily came prepared, because I needed a longer HDMI cable and a different mount! Most amazing of all was he had the TV mounted with new cables carefully hidden in LESS THAN two hours!! Great job - quick, efficient, and adaptable. Would gladly use them again!
