I can’t say enough how great and professional the Geek Squad is. The two pros who came to our home to install and mount the new 65 inch 4K TV were just a joy to hav3 in our home, they used a mask all the time they were in the house. They made sure everything was working to OUR SATISFACTION. I have used the Squad before and will use them again.

The technicians were very professional, did an excellent job and were neat and tidy.

They were so kind and respectful. I asked question along the process because like anyone in their right mind, I don't want my TV to fall of in the middle of the night and die. They explained everything. HUGE plus was that they put on protective booties when they walk in the door to keep your home clean, and then they make sure to leave no mess behind. Super happy with the service. Well worth the money

The geek squad mounted my tv and sound bar. They did not fix surge protector which I purchased from Best Buy.

I had Geek Squad install my 65" Sony TV and I'm very happy with my decision to do so. They showed up promptly, installed the mount, bundled the wires, corrected the connection I had done wrong and were out in less than an hour. By the way, I would strongly suggest you consider the annual program as it almost pays for itself considering the added value benefits. Nice Job!

Two guys showed up to install my 65 OLED. Brought a kit and installed the wires in the wall so they don’t show and hung the TV on the wall. Looks great. They un-boxed it and did the whole deal including setting up the sound bar and other systems. Handed us the remote and showed us the key things to know. Very pleased with quality of work.

No problems with the setup. They were very efficient, and prompt with a professional setup. I had already setup my stand but they unboxed and attached bracketing quickly then mounted TV securely after which they removed all packaging.

The team we had completed our installation and went above and beyond in teaching us how to operate the the new system. Their patience and expertise when answering our questions were 2nd to none. Because of them we will continue to use the Geek Squad and continue to purchase items at Best Buy….Please thank them for us.

The squad that rolled up to my house were absolutely amazing!! They were very particular about leveling and centering which is a big deal. Extremely professional and even went above and beyond to make sure everything was set and good to go.
