The agent mounted my TV and installed all devices. He was very professional

actual hardware / mounting is fine but as far as setup of devices firestick soundbar etc had to call them back to house for a follow up visit to fine tune

my biggest complaint is that they only brought the TV and they left my sound bar at the store and then they gave me some beer story about the sound bar being on another delivery ticket with another person. I mean this was just a simple LG sound bar it did not need a theater specialist to hook up the audio or anything like that. so I feel like they were giving me a fake story because it was never delivered by anybody that day and now I’m having so much trouble trying to get the sound bar delivered.

The geek squad workers that came in and helped put it up were very informative and made the process nice and easy!!!

I like the TV, it replaced a TV of equal size that wasn't a smart TV. The technicians come to the house and had mounted and hooked up to an existing soundbar and other auxiliary components in no time. It was pretty obvious that they do this multiple times on a daily basis. They were efficient and thorough.
