    The service was excellent! The installation team was prompt, knowledgeable, and friendly. They got my new TV up and on the wall in no time and programmed it to work with my cable remote. They walked me through how to change the settings and the different inputs, and cleaned up before leaving. Very happy with Geek Squad!

    The representative who came this time was amazing. Courteous friendly and knowledgeable. He had to fix what was originally assigned to a third party. He was fantastic restored my faith in Best Buy
