Agents were excellent but after they left I realized that TV was mounted about 2" too high for my needs. Had to bring Geek Squad back to adjust mount for proper height. I should have and Geek Squad should have made sure aesthetics of how TV was mounted was without question satisfactory before leaving.

Geek Squad installed my tv to the wall mount very well. I highly recommend them.

Two knowledgeable and polite gentlemen showed up on time to set up ournew TV. They wre careful and neat. And they showed my wife how the controls work and how to activate certain functions on the TV.

Rob and Stephen did a great job in installing the TV mount. They were very neat, wore masks and shoe covers. They setup the TV, connected a a/v receiver and the cable remote. We have Total Tech, and the installation was included without a charge, with the purchase of the TV and mount.

Great guys. Unboxed and mounted my 100" Hisense Tv. no mess and took all of the box and cardboard. Would recommend if you are not comfortable hanging a tv. Was up and running in less than an HR.
