1st agent who was a third party didn’t know what spacers were and hung the tv at an upward angle. 2nd agent who was a third party couldn’t install a tilt mount ( he didn’t have the tools), 3rd agent was a geek squad member installed the tv with spacers but too high and left all the trash. Tv is beautiful. Just the whole experience with techs was a disappointment. Best Buy offered me a gift card for the inconvenience which I have yet received and it’s been a month.

We ended up not having to use the new wall mounting we purchased. The old one did line up correctly. He installed the sound bar. However, we were sold an unusable sound bar that did not work with the TV we bought. He went back to the store with my husband and got the correct one and came back and installed it. He was so nice and very professional. We would hire him again anytime. Good experience.

Everette and team (Mario) are the best at mounting! He had mounted one for us before. I thought kind of pricey, but worth it when mounting and after. He is courteous and efficient. I would recommend him!

The two gentlemen that came out was very nice, fun to talk to and took no time to set up. Asked whete I wanted the tv, explained what they were about to do and after installation, explained how my tv was set.

The Geek Squad that is comprised of Nathan and Damien are outstanding. These two technicians mounted and programmed my huge Sony Bravia tv perfectly! There was no sign of dust after all of the drilling and cutting. We will request this Geek Squad when we upgrade our sound system.
