Installer set up my tv and tv mount and gave me a crash course in how to use it

mount was installed and tv mounted to wall. looks great but tv having issues and receiver too that was bought at best buy and installed by geek squad. waiting for answers, results or new units... ty

Geek squad showed up on time and listened to what I wanted and mounted the television exactly the way we spoke about. Friendly installers who took pride in their work. Even cleaned up afterwards.

My appointment time was from 8 a.m. to 12 noon. The technician showed up very close to noon and was here for approximately two hours. I was placing the new TV across the room from where the old TV was situated so I purchased extra coaxial cable for the technician to easily connect to the new location. My issue is that the technician didn't have the equipment to trim the cable to the proper length. So now I have about five extra feet of coax cable coiled up. When I asked about trimming the cable he says he doesn't have the equipment to do that. He said it requires a tool that you spin around the cable to cut it to the proper length and expose the end and an additional tool that you need to punch the connector into the cable. So now... apparently I'll have to now purchase these tools or find someone else to come out and trim this to the proper length. To me, for $200, this should be part of the installation service. Disappointing.

The tv went over nicely but found that the next day the geeks jacked up my wall, love the instal but not the lack of honesty.

Installer arrived aright on time, was very professional and personable. You could tell this wasn’t his “first rodeo” installing a tv mount. He works quickly and efficiently and was done in under an hour. The mount functions exactly as intended,and am extremely happy with my new tv mount.

We had the Geek Squad come to our house to install out new 77 inch TV on the wall and the 2 guys arrived at the predetermined time, knew exactly what they were doing, were fast, efficient, friendly and professional. I would definitely use this service again@

"Randy" from the Geek Squad installed a TV wall mount for us and hung an outdoor TV that we purchased somewhere else. He did a FANTASTIK job and was very professional and the communication from him prior to getting here was excellent! I am very happy with Randy from the Geek Squad!!

The geeks mounted my tv, sound bar, and 2 shelf unit. They got me set up with my Apple TV. No complaints.

The agent mounted my tv and set up all my devices and hid all of the wires.

The Geek Squad arrived on time to install my new 65" Samsung 4K television. They were able to fit it into a tight space perfectly. They also attached my computer to the large screen so it is easier for me to read the pages. I am very pleased with the installation and the pleasant manners of the installers.

Professional install was provided during the sale for the Hisense 100" U76. Highly recommend it, as the TV is a monster, and the GS have the experience and expertise to make it easier on you.
