The agents were very competent and extremely patient. The two requests I had were assuring my Wii was working and setting up Airplay. They worked diligently and got the Wii working, but AirPlay was a problem. It turned out that Sony is aware of this problem and is working to fix it.

The geek squad hung a 77" tv to the wall. They were efficient, professional, knowledgeable and careful. It was clear that they were experienced with the process and provided helpful feedback I.e. mount the soundbar to the tv not the wall.

We've had a couple TVs installed via best buy. I literally bought another TV because they are getting rid of free install benefit for total member package. The geek squad guys do a good job. Wait for them, don't use third party

These guys were quick, courteous, and very professional. They did a great job installing.

Not worth price, if you can physically do it yourself don't pay the price cause when they say set-up all the do is activate your accounts they don't actually 6set it up to YOUR specifications! Or spend the time showing you how to use it, maybe i just got the wrong person maybe another installer would, but I wouldn't spend that kinda money if I didn't have to

The gentlemen who hooked up our new TV were very knowledgeable and helpful. We were not aware we needed some different hookups for the cable, but with their help we did have the ones needed to hook up the VCR/disk player. They were respectful, kind and efficient.
