Installer did a great job. Would definitely recommend them.

unfortunately, my installation wasn't routine as i had a surround sound bose which wasn't compatible with 4k -hdmi. After several appointments the geek squad was able to diagnose the problem and I ordered a converter, The tech came shortly after it arrived and got the tv working perfectly. I'm a happy camper.

Though I think the installer did a great job. My installation was simple; only requiring installation of the mounting bracket and television. My issue is the 12-hour service window and me having to assist the tech. I initially planned to mount it myself but decided to have it professionally installed since it would be a 2-person job. 1st- I scheduled the service online, selected the 85" and larger option and was given a 7am - 7pm service window, which I find ridiculous. 2nd- Tech arrived around 4:15 alone for what should have been a 2-person job. This required my assistance to lift the television in place. I did not pay to assist an installer but if I had not been here to assist, I question how it would have happened.

The two pleasant and courteous technicians that installed our TV mount were very knowledgeable about what they were doing. The TV mount was for a new unit and we wanted the extension, rotation and tilt that is great to have. The USB flash drive and other plugs are easy to reach.

I hired Best Buy to hang two tvs in my parents new home. In short, they did a fantastic job. They were very professional. They worked quick and clean. They did a top notch job hanging the tvs, hiding the hdmi cords, connecting the devices and programming the the remotes. They made sure everything worked before they left and answered all my questions. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Chris did a awesome job and even after having a few problems with routing the wires through the stones was upbeat and so unbelievably professional . He was able to provide a longer HDMI cable and then return the unused mount for us and follow up with a text that afternoon with the price difference. Thank you for having him on your team

Could not ask for better service. Adjusted the old mount for my new TV so it fit perfectly into the space. Also took extra time to make sure all of my speakers were working. Can not thank Geek Squad enough for the wonderful service.
