My TV looks so much better on the wall with out. Any wires coming down. Erin, my Best Buy, technician, made the surroundsound sound so much richer than it ever has before! I am very excited to watch my television, even the news!

The only problem we had is the installation contractor you used ( not Geek squad) wouldn't tale our old TV in spite of the fact we are Total Tech customers unless we paid $25. Please send him out again to pick it up.

Had the Geek Squad mount our TVs. Great client service. Had to ask them to come back several times because either our mount doesn't fit or delivery issue, but they were very accommodating. Provided extra service by fixing our remote control. They were also observant of social distancing so very appreciate of them. Great to have them helped us.

Very professional individuals, the husband and wife that came to our house were absolutely fantastic, they had all the equipment needed, very COVID friendly care, came out twice because the mounting required two days (above our fireplace the studs were not in alignment with what was needed for the mounting).
