I love my tv being mounted to the wall instead of being on floor

The installation crew showed up on time, mounted my 75" set, made sure everything was working properly and then removed my old set. I thought the two men were exceptionally helpful and friendly.

The service techs were very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. They did a seamless and fast job installing our very large 70" tv. They talked me through the best location to mount the tv. They cleaned up after themselves and showed me how to find various settings and apps on the tv before leaving.

The installation was fast and furious and the geeks seemed in too much of a hurry to adequately answer our questions and test the equipment for quality of output. The sound bar was found afterwards to create echos and not be fully synchronized with the TV and thus required a second trip for its removal. The original hookup required a 16 foot HDML cable for hookup and the Geek only had a 24 foot cable onboard and thus its installation not only cost me extra money but left me with a pile of extra cable to add to the mess alongside my printer stand! To top it off we called three times after the install to ask questions and get things straight and received 0 responses, requiring us to go to the store and demand satisfaction.

Setting up to have my tv mounted was an easy process. They did a great job.

Service was first grade - from the setup of the TV mount, the TV installation and the clean up thereafter, The team had all the needed tools and materials with them to ensure the TV mount I ordered was securely installed to ensure the 55" TV I had ordered could be securely hung up. I would hire this team again every time.
