The company was great but no one mentioned to me that we had to supply the mounting bracket. For the cost, I thought it would have been included. I received multiple for.s of communication on how to prep for the installation and NEVER did it say to have a mount ready. Had to reschedule after they arrived so that I could purchase a mount.

Everything worked right and they explained how things worked.

The guys did it again. Another fantastic job by the geeks.

We had a warranty return and paid for the new tv to be mounted. The first time they came, they didn't have the replacement tv because they thought they were coming to service the old one. We had to get a new appointment which took a little longer. Once they had that straightened out, the installation went very well. It was quick and a very good and thorough job.

Geek SQUAD team is great who came to setup my tv. Took time to measure and install the big 85" TV nicely and neatly. Will seek there service in the future. Good to have professional service for $$$ TVs, etc.

Right on time and only took about 1 hour to complete.

just have say our salesman was absolutely amazing!!!! he went over and above to help with products purchased and had a positive attitude the whole time. as a business owner this is someone i would put in mangmment. best experience ever.

Having the two Geek Squad guys come and install the tv was a gun time. They made sure I was good with the tv placement and they set up my devices. They were also efficient and careful with the install.

The Geek Squad installation team was great. They help me save money as I brought the wrong products for I wanted done. Thankful the technicians had items on their truck for my to use and their mounts were even cheaper than my original purchase. The technicians could have just installed what I brought but they went the extra mile so I didn't over pay for products. I'd definitely use geek squad services again.

Not only did they know how to install the units they were extremely friendly almost like family.
