The TV was installed for a family member with a disability. The tech was courteous and careful and took care of several issues that had been bothersome with the old TV. It was mounted above a computer table and all of the equipment for voice control was installed so that the final work could be done easily. I highly recommend geek squad.

Excellent. TJ Moats & Jacob Muller arrived on time and checked the wall mounting I already had in place and removed my old(heavy) 65" Plasma TV. They got everything hooked up properly and working in about an hour, Excellent service and very knowledgeable. Thanks guys

This is something that is simply needed and the Geek Squad was again awesome in their work. Thank you so much. However, I cannot acquire my sound bar receipt. Calling Best Buy on 800 # was almost silly in this request. I don't like saying that.

They showed up earlier then expected and hung my tv perfectly and proceed led to make sure the surround sound and xbox were bothel synced up and working properly, very professional

I was not able to be home during the installation, but I had someone available to let them in. The display was mounted on the preexisting mount. I left2 new HDMI 2.1 cables to be used instead of the older ones on the old TV. They still used the old ones that were not 4K 120Hz compatible, so I had to switch them myself after they left. They also hung the TV in an uncentered manner, meaning it is 6 inches too far to the right. This means that I will have to fix it myself by taking the TV off and rehanging it. This effectively renders their services useless, and it is very frustrating. I can't believe they did not check the TV "center" as a basic checkpoint. While the delivery/installation was technically free, I still had to buy the Totaltech to get that and it was the same amount. It is very disappointing and underwhelming.

This was an overall wonderful experience. Agents arrived on time and used tremendous care in the mounting and installation of our new TV. They also cleared the area of debris once their process was complete.
