Your Geek squad team showed up as scheduled, notifying me when they were actually on their way. They performed the mechanical, electrical sound connections properly and set up my Harmony device to control most functions. They removed my previous SONY and boxed it up for me to give to grandson on his pending visit and put it into garage for me. Nice fellows. No stress for my and mine.

After the TV was mounted the the Geek squad employees cleanEd up after themselves then instructed me how to operate my new TV. Ask if I had any questions. Quick, easy, on time, professional describes how the Geek Squad came in removed the faulty TV from the wall and replaced it with a new one. I’ve said this before and will say it again, this is exactly why everyone should purchase electronics from Best Buy. I know I will.
