I’m very happy with the installation the television is and good place

Nathan and Eric were great. Appreciated the care and pride that they took installing my new TV. Nathan def knew his work. Eric mainly assisted with install. Very happy with their work, communication and timeliness.

The technician who mounted my new television was the best of any of the Best Buy Geek Squad who has done work in my house. Very efficient and helpful.

The guy that came out did a good job of hanging the TV on the wall. I thought he would do more of going over the TV features and making sure my Direct TV was at its best picture level. I had figure it out myself later. I felt like the installer was in a rush. This was a lot of money just for a TV mount only. And then he charged us an additional $40 to just put on a sound bar. A little steep of price paid for the service in my opinion. The best value was the haul away of my old TV for $15. Not overly impressed with the Geek Squad service on this one. Could have hired a handyman for a lot less just to hang a TV wall mount. Next time I'll just get the delivery and haul away option and save myself a lot of money and figure out the TV features and correct picture quality on my own, like I did this time.

Bought two TVs and scheduled them to be installed at two different locations. In hindsight I should have insisted the TVs to be rung up on separate transactions bc it was a nightmare for the geek squad. I had to spend over an hour sorting it out with geek squad transferring me here and there and that was frustrating. Finally the manager called and took care of me.

The work was done in an efficient and professional manner. Our technician was able quickly install the TV mount and insured the location was exactly where we wanted it. He made sure to leave no mess upon completing the job. He was friendly and had an excellent demeanor.

The geek squad did all the del mount set up of tv and Sonos sound system after purchasing the 12 year geek squad protection of $179 i only paid $220 for all of the set up. Sweet.

Geek Squad was professional, efficient, friendly, and effective. Everything was done (and working properly) in short order.

My tv was delivered and set-up and achieved my expectation. Representative was courteous, friendly, and efficient. He explained everything he was doing and instructed me how to operate the remote.

They were very efficient and definitely knew what they were doing. All we had to do was show where wanted!

The Geek Squad brought the TV out and installed it to our TV lift cabinet. Then set it up to our Cox system and said we would have to use 2 remotes. One for Cox and the Sony remote for smart TV functions and then left. I set up everything to work on the Sony remote and on my iPhone on my own about a week after they left. I did call the Geek member who was here and asked if he would come back and adjust the TV inside the cabinet but he has never shown up!

Installation was quick. Although we still had our old mount.

The agent that was sent out had a ride along The TV was mounted quickly, but not in the center of the space that it was supposed to fit in. I feel I should have asked me if I wanted closer to the left or to the right. And you did not connect any of my devices.I connected them
