    The Geeks delivered, mounted, set up my TV and explained it's operation. It was fast and very helpful. I could never have done it myself. They took the frustration out of the task.

    Received a text the service men would arrive at 2:05 pm. They showed up at 12:30pm. We were not ready for them and they came back at 1:30pm. The tv mount was put up ok but after they left the tv did not work properly. Apparently the wiring was hooked up wrong. I reconnected the wiring to get it to work properly. Not worth the $250 they charged. Best Buy is not what they used to be.

    The Geek Squad, Alex, was great mounting the tv's on the wall. He was courteous, answer all my questions, took his time to make sure that the tv's were mounted the right way.

    The Geek Squad is absolutely fantastic. They installed my TV and surround sound. They made sure that everything worked and that the area was clean before they left. Both were very pleasant, professional and efficient.
