Geek squad did great job hanging my 75 inch TV. Solid as a rock.

I have always wanted to have a big screen mounted in my area the basement the wife rules the rest of the house and it’s ok I got my mounted 85 in nothing else matter! Be happy my friends and get it done right..Salute!!!!

Family enjoys it will always come back to Best Buy to purchase more equipment in the future but customer service sucks need to be improved gait quality and service that need to be improved since someone has a better do not stick to the schedule times had to cancel two turns to get on my schedule to put up the TV and sound bar thank you

The geek squad agents showed up on time, very professional, and stayed with me until I was comfortable using the remotes, etc. If possible, try and have the Geek Squad themselves come out instead of a third-party vendor

The agents were very professional and thorough in installing the TV and connecting it to our other devices. They were also very patient in explaining how to use the remote and settings.

The agent was very nice and also quick. We thought it was going to take a while but he got the mount on the wall and the tv up in no time. He talked us through what we would need for a sound system in the future. I plan to only use Best Buy for any installation. We have 2 other tv’s that I’m going to have them come and mount!

Michael Laymon was amazing, his personality is vibrant and his knowledge is unlimited. It was absolutely amazing to see how easy he made it all look when I know it would have taken me days to accomplish what he did in a couple of hours, not to mention all the frustration I saved myself. Spend the extra money and allow him to set up whatever it is you bought!

Free Service we recieved with our Total Tech - best service from Best Buy. We got our new TV connected and mounted for free, the Best Buy technician was very competent and provided us with very useful details about our new TV. He did a perfect job!

The Geeks did an excellent job mounting my 65' TV on a Stand.

Well spent money having Geek Squad install and maintain

1st TV delivered was installed but didn't power up. Geek squad tech uninstalled / returned the defective TV and quickly schedule a 2nd delivery & install 4 days later. All good now.
